BIS Blue U9 Season review 2008

“A great first season “
In our first season together we came a very creditable second in the league with a played 7 won 5 drew 1 lost 1 record in the league and in the Greenfields cup we won 1 drew 1 and narrowly lost in the resulting penalty shoot out. With only 7 goals conceded in the league we had the best defensive record in the U9 A and B leagues. We also had 7 different nationalities playing for the team truly living up to the British International School name.

A good end to the season with the British International School Under 9 Blues winning a medal for 2nd place in the competition. Thanks Charles (Coach), Ian and all the parents who made this possible, plus the hard working officials and sponsors. And last, and most importantly, to the boys and girls who played fine football in a spirit of fair play.
